Maltings Grove Website

Working alongside an experienced project team, BRKS Design Studio have designed and built the brand identity and public consultation website for the Maltings Grove proposal.

The proposal includes plans to develop land to the south of Norwich Road, Dereham, for a mixed residential development including approximately 68 houses and a 77 bedroom care home.

The mixed community will provide a range of homes and a welcoming environment for people to live, work, and socialise in, and will retain and enhance the green landscape setting and biodiversity.

Sustainable development principles for the Site include:

  • Well insulated buildings;

  • Meeting Building Regulations requirements for energy and water conservation;

  • Use of solar panels and air source heat pumps;

  • Using local labour sources where possible;

  • Meeting obligations for biodiversity net gain; and

  • Meeting obligations for nutrient neutrality.

View the project page or visit the website - which will be available to view for a limited time - at www.maltingsgrove.co.uk
