Warton Meadows Website

BRKS Design Studio have designed and built the public consultation website for the proposed development of land at Austrey Road, Warton, for 41 affordable homes and the creation of public open space.

The lead project team for the project was headed by Inside Land Group and included Owl Partnerships, Midland Heart, Williams Gallagher, Hexa and BM3.

The  proposals will provide 41 new affordable homes as a mix of rented and shared ownership and include a combination of bungalows and homes of between 1 and 5 bedrooms suitable for those seeking their first home, a home to raise a family or a home to retire to. The proposed mix reflects the local identified need for the village.

The site is considered to be in a sustainable location – Warton has been previously deemed capable of accommodating new housing that helps to support existing services and facilities, which are within easy walking distances of the site as well as local bus services that connect to other towns and villages.

View the project page or visit the website - which will be available to view for a limited time - at www.wartonmeadows.co.uk
